subleaf.

Privacy policy

Subleaf helps you keep track of your subscriptions. You do not need a Subleaf account.

Your subscriptions

Names, amounts, dates, notes and preferences are stored on your device. They are used for your overview, calculations and reminders. Subleaf does not send your subscription list to the developer and does not connect to your bank or email.

Purchases through Apple

Apple processes payment for Subleaf Plus. The app uses Apple purchase information to check and restore your access. The developer does not receive your card details. Apple processes information under its own privacy policy.

Reminders

Reminders are scheduled locally on your phone according to your choices. Subleaf does not use a server to send them. You can edit or remove them in the app and disable permission in your phone settings. Names are hidden in notifications by default.

Backups and sharing

When you export a backup, you choose where to save or share the file. It can contain your full subscription list and history and is not encrypted by Subleaf. Your device or cloud settings may also include app data in backups. The chosen service’s terms apply to those copies.

Links to providers

Opening a cancellation link takes you to the provider’s website. That website has its own privacy policy. Subleaf does not automatically send your subscription list with the link.

Updates and technical data

Subleaf uses Expo EAS Update to download app updates. Update checks send a random app installation ID, platform and version information, and any error or crash information to Expo. The ID persists and can link technical information from the same installation. This information is used to deliver updates, handle errors and provide high-level usage statistics based on update checks. Your subscription list, amounts and notes are not included. Expo describes its processing and retention of information at https://expo.dev/privacy.

Advertising and tracking

Subleaf contains no ads. The app’s technical data is not used for targeted advertising or advertising measurement across other companies’ apps and websites, and is not shared with data brokers.

Edit, export or delete

You can edit your subscriptions and use Settings → Your data to export a backup or clear your list and history. Copies saved elsewhere must be deleted there. Deleting the app may remove its local data. Restore purchases restores Plus access, not your subscription list.

Contacting support

If you choose to email MJAMMY Support, we receive your email address and the information you send. This information is used to respond and follow up on your request. Support email is handled through Proton under its privacy policy. We keep correspondence while it is needed to resolve and follow up on the issue, and delete it when it is no longer necessary. Please do not send passwords, card details or a full backup. You can contact support to request access, correction or deletion of your correspondence.

Visiting the help website

The support and privacy pages are static web pages. We have not added contact forms, cookies, ads or analytics to them. The hosting provider processes technical information, such as your IP address and browser and request information, to deliver and protect the website. The hosting provider’s own privacy policy applies to that processing. Your subscription list is not sent to the website.
