Help with Subleaf
Subleaf keeps your subscriptions together and reminds you about dates you choose. You enter and maintain the subscription details yourself.
Contact
Describe the issue and, if possible, include your iPhone model, iOS version and Subleaf version. Only send screenshots without private details. You do not need to attach your full subscription list.

Common questions
Add your first subscription
Tap Add subscription on Overview or Subscriptions. Enter a name, price, billing interval and a payment date, then tap Save subscription. The examples are replaced with your personal list.
A reminder did not appear
Open the subscription and its reminders. Check the date, time and that the option is enabled and saved. Also check notification permission, Focus and Scheduled Summary in iPhone Settings. iOS delivers notifications and your phone settings may silence or delay them.
Full access and restoring purchases
Three saved subscriptions are free. One purchase of Subleaf Plus unlocks unlimited subscriptions with no expiry. Use Settings → Full access → Restore purchases with the same Apple Account if your purchase is missing. Restoring purchases does not restore your subscription list.
Move or back up your list
Use Settings → Your data → Save backup and keep the file somewhere safe. In a new installation, choose Import backup. It replaces the current list after confirmation. If the backup contains more than three subscriptions, restore your Plus purchase first. There is no automatic sync between devices.
Cancellations and payments
Subleaf does not cancel your agreements or access your bank. Cancel with the provider, then mark the subscription as cancelled in Subleaf. Cancelled entries still count as saved entries; removing an entry frees a slot.
Delete your data
Settings → Your data → Clear my list removes subscriptions and history from the app after confirmation. Delete exported copies separately wherever you saved them.
